queue implementation in c++ programming using array

Simple c++ queue using array implementation example

which uses function loops and conditional statement concepts.
Queue size is fixed in a variable name 'total which is equal to 5 it can be changed as a requirement.
User select function from menu and enter input.
We have the following functions in queue

  1. Enqueue
  2. Dequeue
  3. Is Empty (check if the queue is empty)
  4. Is Full
  5. Show All
Prototypes are
void enqueue(int);
void dequeue();
int isempty();
int isfull();
void show();

This example may help beginner students to understand the concept of an array using a queue. It is recommended to change the code add validations etc.
